Miley Cyrus for Walmart; Courtesy of Walmart.comWith a new celebrity collaboration popping up every second, I'm a bit skeptical when it comes to someone other than a designer launching an apparel line.

Miley Cyrus' collection for Walmart, whose tagline is "Great style at incredible prices," has really exceeded my expectations. Well, it should not be that surprising; after all, Cyrus has collaborated on the designs with French fashion designer Max Azria, of BCBG and Herve Leger fame.

Norma Kamali at Walmart has really flattering swimsuits.

Norma Kamali at Walmart; Courtesy of WalmartI admit it: I have a thing for swimsuits. I am always trying to find the perfect swimsuit.

I have so many, more than one friend and family member have asked recently, "Exactly how many swimsuits do you own?"

Too many. Problem is, I take very good care of them so they never wear out (wash immediately after each wear, always in cold, drip dry). But every summer, of course I want another one.

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure delivers the fastest manicure ever.

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure; Courtesy of SallyHansen.comIt seems like I'm always raving about my fave new nail polish, but Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure really is my fave new nail polish. It's not just a nail polish, it's a full manicure in a bottle—the base coat, top coat, nail strengthener and polish all in one.

Imagine that! The only items missing are nail polish remover and nail files. So easy and at $7 a bottle, very affordable.

Of course, I didn't discover this miracle product until emergency nails set in. I'm traveling, my Revlon "Bubblegum Pink" nails suddenly looked chipped and needed freshening up. And I wanted to fix my nails pronto. So I headed to Target this morning and there it was, the display of gorgeous Sally Hansen colors, on sale for just under $6.50 a bottle.

It is possible, and it doesn't have to cost a fortune.

PHYTO Phytojoba Intense Hydrating MaskWe have all seen them—the shampoo models on TV, swinging their thick locks of hair, taunting us with the idea that if we use that product, our hair can look exactly like that, too.

Well, I'm here to break the news. For most of us, it can't.

The right way to rock animal prints this summer.

Ann Taylor Zebra TopI have always been drawn to a good leopard print; it's been this way since I was a little girl. There's something about the orangey-brown and black pattern that screams fun, uninhibited and, well, wild

What better way to celebrate the onset of the weekend than to talk about some seriously fabulous, luxurious makeup?

Why do some cost in the hundreds while others are dirt cheap?

Emilio Pucci bikini; Photo courtesy of Netaporter.comNothing says summer quite like a bikini. But ever wonder why some bikinis cost $10 while others retail in the hundreds of dollars?

This fabulous Emilio Pucci bikini, for instance, is $330 at Netaporter.com. I get it, it's Pucci, but how can these tiny pieces of fabric cost so much? The fabric is nylon and elastane—what most swimsuits are made of. So what's the deal?

The New York Times recently analyzed the extreme price differences of bikinis, saying the answer lies in swimsuit technology—or the ability for some fabrics to wear better than others.
