Katy Perry’s “ugly” Christmas sweater is Dolce & Gabbana

Pop singer garners decidedly mixed reviews in pricey needlepoint holiday topper.

Not everyone shares our view.

Judging by their bitchy headline, the Huffington Post really didn’t like the look of this multi-hued knit creation from couture darlings Dolce & Gabanna. And other folks are deeming the entire “ugly Christmas sweater” trend to be so last whenever. For some true editorial balance, we like to dip into the New York Times' take on the phenom, and then follow it up with a tumblr chaser.
