The best looks from the Golden Globe Awards

We pick our favorite red carpet dresses.

By Kim Anne Jan 14, 2013 8:29PM

Last night’s Golden Globe Awards featured a ton of gorgeous dresses and trends, from lots of low necklines and high leg slits to simply stunning classic strapless gowns. Red, nude and black ruled the red carpet, as did chunky, sparkling jewels.

But a few of the looks in particular stood out beyond the rest. From Kate Hudson in a curve-hugging number to Jennifer Lawrence in a red hot gown, here are our favorites from last night’s Golden Globe Awards!

Eva Longoria turned heads in a sexy black embellished gown. She’s never looked better! Her voluminous updo sealed the deal.  “Do you guys think my hair is too high,” she asked on Twitter. But we think it was the perfect compliment to the dress.  Kate Hudson wowed the crowd in a stunning black Alexander McQueen keyhole gown complete with an embroidered neckline and deep front v-neck. "I went for comfort," Hudson told People.com
