Who knew the path to healthy skin was paved with fermented sawdust?

Women in Japan swear by this bizarre beauty ritual to roll back the clock and keep old-age disorders at bay reports Oddity Central.

Here’s how it works: Imagine being covered in sawdust from finely ground Yoshino Cypress trees for 15 to 20 minutes. As enzymes from vegetation and fruit ferment within the sawdust, your body temperature rises to a sweaty 104 degrees.  The process is said to activate your internal organs, thus optimizing metabolism, raising immunity and improving circulation says Oddity Central.More from Living: What does your lingerie say about you?

Right now, this bizarre beauty treatment is only available in Japan and costs approximately $70.

Anyone in the Eastern U.S. of A. is more than welcome to bury themselves in my pile of sawdust for half the cost that Japan charges. You will have to provide for your own transportation and lodging! For those on a budget, bring your tent, I will allow overnight tent camping for a nominal fee Currently, I have enough to fully cover three, however give me a lil' notice and I will get busy makin' more!

This does not only exist in Japan. They have this treatment at a spa in Sonoma County called Osmosis. I have done it, and it is wonderful. Warm, and very relaxing. I'm sure it is offered at other spas in the US.

I cannot believe anyone would be this gullible.   Your $70 would help women's shelters, or buy books for your library. Hell, send it to me, I'm barely able to pay my bills and $70 would buy me 2 weeks of groceries.
