When we weren’t looking at Gwyneth Paltrow‘s see-through ensemble at the "Iron Man 3" premiere, we couldn’t help but notice the glowing makeup and subtle blush lip gloss the world’s most beautiful woman had chosen to complete her look.

The color amped up the natural tone of her lips and gave off a shiny finish. “My inspiration for Gwyneth’s look was the Earth,” said her makeup artist, Angela Levin. “She reminds me of the things I love about our world — she’s an inspiration to women and people.”

To keep in line with the organic feel of Paltrow’s makeup, Levin opted for Chanel’s Glossimer in Rose Sauvage. The sheer petal hue is part of the label’s new summer lineup, and looks gorgeous layered over natural lips and vivid shades alike. Find the product for $30 at chanel.com.

Oh, I just couldn't resist the urge to comment on this.  Here is an example of dear Gwynnie's "beauty", upon having her ridiculous see-through shirt questioned, and I quote:

"I am who I am.  I can't pretend to be someone who makes $25,000 a year."

Beautiful?  NEVER, in my eyes.  Insulting, and simply an arrogant, opulent, snotty bitch.  After having heard so much of her inane commentary she comes off as being completely oblivious to reality.  I will not spend a dime of my hard-earned $25,000 on anything associated with her.  Anyone that ugly inside is not beautiful to me, in any respect.  People Magazine really screwed this one up.

Thank you.

I can think of several other women who are far more beautiful than Paltrow, but I'll admit she's gotten prettier as she's gotten older.

World's most beautiful??  UMMMMM......NO.  She also has a very stuck up, holier than thou way about her.  Yeah, I'll pass.

Oh puhleeze stop with all this spin about how she's "just like us."  She probably spent thousands - not including the "dress" - for that one appearance. We are talking about the same person who suggested  spending $450k on a seasonal wardrobe, like we all have that just lying around. Yeah, I'm pretty much over her and her publicist.

You mean all I have to do is apply $30 lip gloss to be the most beautiful woman in the world?!  I've been going about things sooo wrong...

LOL! Get her look for $30. I think you keft off a zero or two.  I see foundation, blush, mascara, eyeshadow, eyeliner, brow pencil, two tones of blush, bronzer, concealer and highlighter. Not to mention the two or three primer/moisturizing products she probably uses.

What regular person these days has $30 to spend on lipgloss???? Really? Must be nice-most folks are too busy trying to keep their homes and pay their bills.......

She is beautiful,  but the worlds most beautiful?  I believe that is a stretch.

11 style rules to break right now

You already know wearing white after Labor Day is cool. But menswear is reinventing itself rapidly, leaving some long-held mandates by the wayside, not to mention a bunch of men with a lot of questions. Sure, some style laws are truly inviolable. Showing a quarter-inch of cuff will always be crucial, but with designers and dandies flaunting so many former taboos it's hard to tell what's in play these days. So we thought we'd take this opportunity to let you know which rules no longer apply.
