So, these are 'Foot Panties'

Now let's discuss.

Killer shoes are among the sexiest things a woman can wear. As my stylist friend Annie Ladino says, "I've never had a man call my handbag hot, but I've had plenty hit on me because of my stilettos!" Well, they're about to get a lot sexier thanks to a new product called, I kid you not, Foot Panties.

These babies are to socks what a negligee is to onesie trapdoor pajamas -- the super sexed-up antithesis that (sorta) serves the same purpose. We discovered 'em via Racked, and now you can purchase your own pair at kirnazabete.com for just $15.

Yes, they're kinda for foot fetishists. And yes, they're kinda ridiculously named. But, hear me out here, I don't think they're the worst idea ever, especially considering how much emphasis has been placed lately on the come-hither factor of footwear.

Let's hear it, ladies. Would you ever buy a pair of Foot Panties? Would you be more inclined if they didn't have the word "panties" in their name? Aren't these actually kinda cool? Discuss!

I think high heels are pointless enough. Let's not add to the madness.

Will there be a thong that goes through your toes?

I pay 100 Yen (about $1.25) for these at the Japanese "dollar store."  They come in lace, satin, and thicker / warmer fabrics, and different styles for different types of shoes.  Shoes don't rub your feet. You can go bare leg and still were stockings with your shoes. Don't hate until you have tried them.  In case you didn't notice, they cover the areas where straps, etc will be. Wish I would have thought of selling them for $15!

11 style rules to break right now

You already know wearing white after Labor Day is cool. But menswear is reinventing itself rapidly, leaving some long-held mandates by the wayside, not to mention a bunch of men with a lot of questions. Sure, some style laws are truly inviolable. Showing a quarter-inch of cuff will always be crucial, but with designers and dandies flaunting so many former taboos it's hard to tell what's in play these days. So we thought we'd take this opportunity to let you know which rules no longer apply.
