The ring is by Aviva Rose Jewelry, a line created by Chicago-area designer Pamela Cohen, and it features blue moonstone with a diamond leaf embellishment in a rose gold setting.

The piece was originally picked out for Hough rather than by Hough, thanks to her stylist Anita Patrickson.
