2 totally stylish ways to rock top-to-toe white this winter
Winter white is a huge trend this season, and Solange Knowles shows how to get it just right.

All white after Labor Day? Oh, yeah! Earlier this week, Solange arrived at BET's "106 & Park" dressed in a 10 Crosby Derek Lam white blouse and trousers from the brand’s Resort 2014 collection that we at HelloBeautiful are absolutely loving. The fashionista/singer paired a loose white sweatshirt with crisp wide leg trousers and topped it off with a hot pink pouty lip and matching mani. Fab!

Sometimes an epic look is all about the "quiet storm": simple pieces that exude effortless style. Winter white is a HUGE trend this season, and Solange’s look is a perfect example of getting it right. Here’s how you can get similar results:
Tibi sweater + Sass & Bide trousers = understated chic
Start with a Tibi Honeycomb Crewneck sweater ($295) and pair it with Sass and Bide The Wind Blows wide-leg pants ($350). These staples will really go the distance in your wardrobe, so think of them as investments. You can get a bit more splurge-happy with some Azimut Caged black booties by Christian Louboutin, which keep things interesting by breaking up the monotony. Finally, accessorize with a bold gold cuff like this one by Robert Lee Morris ($85) and a Rebecca Minkoff Craig camera bag. Pink nails and a slick cat eye finish you off quite nicely.
TopShop leather sweatshirt + skinny jeans = white hot
For a slimmer silhouette, try this trio from TopShop: MOTO Baxter skinny jeans ($45) paired with a cool leather sweatshirt ($240) and gold hoops. (If you’ve been a good girl, toss in these Saint Laurent Chelsea booties.) And stow all your cold-weather essentials in this sleek white clutch by BCBG Max Azria.
Still think all-white conveys prim and proper? HelloBeautiful has even more winter-white fashion that says anything but.
