Models do eat—and they have the cookbook to prove it
To cookbook or not to cookbook? That is the question.
If you’re not even a little bit curious as to what models actually eat, well good for you. But we are, so we were fascinated to discover that an actual model was publishing an actual cookbook (complete with real recipes from other actual models).

It’s called Model Kitchen, a cookbook created by 24-year-old Belgium model Cesar Casier and featuring recipes submitted by other models in the biz.
Inside the pages are 75 eat-clean recipes that came from other top model friends of his. The idea for the book stemmed from Casier’s passion for food, which he has been writing about on his own blog, The Ultimate Cesar. “I have this great passion for food and for fashion. I left home for modeling and I didn’t want to go to all these fast-food restaurants, so I started to learn to cook,” Casier told Style.com. “So, I decided to make a cookbook about what models eat.”
Style.com says the book contains healthy recipes that are easy and affordable to make, alongside Casier’s dining picks in some of the most fashionable cities around the world.
