When you choose a lipstick, do you tend to stick to neutrals or go all out with bold color?
When it comes to experimenting with color on our lips, we usually tend to keep it low key (read: safe and boring). But that all changed when we spied Mandy Moore, who turned heads at a recent event when she showed up with hot pink lips!
Bright is a great way to create a fab, bold look—and the best part about it is you can keep the rest of your makeup to a minimum.
