Trend to Try: The Swan Print
The idea of wearing clothes with swans on them never occurred to us, despite our obsession with trying new trends.
But when cutie Dakota Fanning stepped out in a swan printed dress and matching top, we did a double take. Swans? Aren’t they known as one of the meanest animals on the planet?
Yet despite the animal’s lack of friendliness, they actually do look darn cute when patterned on clothing.
Fanning’s ensemble (her actual outfit is actually a matching skirt and top, although it also comes in a dress) can be found at Topshop. Or, you can dare to try your own version of a swan-themed wardrobe.
Here are a few pieces of clothes with swan prints, just in case you’re feeling majestic.
Swan Print Cutout Sun Dress, $92
Swan Print Pussybow Blouse, $90.00
Asos Tank with Swan Print, $23.20

In the ’60s and ’70s, real flower crowns officially became the epitome of boho style—your outfit simply wasn’t complete without a daisy topper. Fast-forward to the ’90s and you had a bevy of creative hair charms and baubles, including butterfly clips, hair wraps and those infamous bra strap headbands (shudder).

Think you can’t put a price on looking younger? Well, we did—and it’s $25. We challenged dermatologists to find great products that don’t cost even one cent over that amount.
You want to dress in a way that’s young and cool but that doesn’t suggest you’re on your way to a One Direction concert. “The trick to looking younger is adding one fashionable piece to a classic outfit,” says stylist Cher Coulter. Here’s how to nail it.
