January Jones on her hair: “It’s falling out in clumps”
The actress reveals why her hair is so damaged.

January Jones may have rocked a trendy look at the SAG Awards on Sunday, but behind all that hair product, the actress says there’s not much left on her coif.
According to People.com the star, who has gone back and forth quite frequently from blonde to brunette, red and even pink, says her hair is more than a little damaged from all that coloring.

“I have been every color and now my hair is falling out in clumps,” she tells Grazia Daily via People.com. “I’m going to have to shave it off and wear a wig.”
The star, who has dyed her hair for various rolls including going deep brown to play Betty Draper on ‘Mad Men.’ says she’s changed colors so many times, sometimes people don’t even recognize her. “I was suddenly invisible,” she says of first dying her hair brunette. “Not just as a celebrity, but to my friends and family. I was like, ‘Come on you guys, it’s me!’” But of all the colors she’s dyed her tresses, she’s a fan of herself with blonde hair the most. “My son recognizes me in photos when I am blonde. He says ‘mama.’”
