Winter 2012’s best new nail colors

Winter can be a dark time. The sky after 5 pm, my wardrobe…all getting increasingly dim as temperatures decrease. So I like to think of my nails as a form of illumination—ornaments on a Christmas tree, flames on a menorah—if you will.
