Oribe Hair Care Stylist Tom Gallagher's Steps:

  1. Prep damp hair with Oribe Gel Serum, and then blow-dry the roots-first, stretching the hair to get lift (quick trick: do this with your head hanging down).
  2. Once hair is fully dry, spray large sections with Soft Lacquer Heat Styling Spray before using a curling iron.
  3. Pin curls in place, or you can also use hot rollers. Let curls cool while you do your makeup.
  4. Next, unpin hair and brush it out well in all directions to loosen the curls.
  5. Form a ponytail on top of the head, and then spray the hair with Dry Texturizing Spray and lightly back-comb.
  6. Next, casually fold the hair into a sloppy bun.
  7. Finish by attaching a clip or broach to the front of the bun.
  8. If you’re in New York City, make sure your last stop is 57th and 5th for a bagel and coffee in front of Tiffany's.

Steps from Frank Galasso, co-owner of BARNES AND GALASSO salon in West Hollywood, CA, who has been working with the Kardashian sisters for five years:

  1. First l use the Oribe Hair Care Volumista on the roots to blow dry.
  2. After the hair is blown out, I spray it with Oribe Hair Care Dry Texturizing Spray and shake the hair out.
  3. Next, I use a curling iron and on each section I spray Oribe Hair Care Superfine Hair Spray for hold as I curl.
  4. Once I'm done, I spray some Oribe Hair Care Après Beach Wave & Shine Spray and brush the hair out.
  5. My finishing touch is a little Oribe Hair Care Original Pomade on ends to piece them out.
  6. I finish the look with Imperméable Anti-Humidity Spray and another mist of Superfine Hair Spray to set the look.
  7. If I do a straight hair look, I do everything the same, but I use a flat iron instead of a curling iron.

"Brigitte Bardot’s style is amazing. Use my Soft Lacquer Heat Styling Spray to create the look. You can either blow-dry the product straight into the hair, or use a curling iron to seal in the shine while keeping that movement and waviness. Using my Soft Lacquer Heat Styling Spray with hot tools will give the hair that beautiful texture.

This is a great hairdo because it’s longer and easily workable with bangs. It’s versatile, and it frames the face in beautiful, romantic way. The Bardot style can be tailored to just about every woman."—Oribe, Co-founder and Creative Director of Oribe Hair Care
