"Long hair hands down," says Will, 21. "It's very feminine." Ninety three percent of men agree that there's nothing better than your hair, allowed to grow, like Mila Kunis' here. "It's hot," says Stig, 31. Plus, "I know she can change up her look easily, which is nice," says Andrew, 20.

Long, short, trendy—women are into it all. Says actress Michelle Williams, "I feel like myself with short hair.... Of course, the only people who like it are gay men and my girlfriends.... I cut it for the one straight man who has ever liked short hair...." We have to assume that's Heath Ledger; so sweet.

"Less makeup sends a sign of more self-confidence," says Jordan, 31.

"I'm dressing up my best asset. I want them to be showy," says Alexa, 20.

"Simple, classic, always appropriate," says Brian, 20.

"If you're doing your nails, might as well go all out," says Mara, 26.

"I don't have to worry about getting lipstick on my face," says Mike, 23.
