50 Shades of Grey…For Your Face and Nails

50 Shades of Grey has inspired everything from cookbooks to classical music, and there’s so much more allegedly in the works, including beauty products. While the former items may only appeal to fanatics, even a girl who has never read the trilogy (What? Who are you?), can get down with some makeup. We may have to wait for what is sure to be a slew of licensed products, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get a head start. Grey eye shadow was a hot beauty trend on the Fall 2012 runways of DVF and Chanel, so there’s plenty of grey, graphite and silver shades to be found. Bobbi Brown has even released a collection of Come Hither Shades, a line of eye shadows in varying shades of grey. The collection’s tagline reads, “When did grey become so naughty?” We’d argue that a smokey eye has always been sexy, but perhaps never as blush-inducing.
