Stars at New York Fashion Week
Julianne Hough
The breakthrough actress chose a clementine shift and paired it with a slicked-back 'do for Carolina Herrera's spring runway show. Backstage, the designer told us, "The color palette is soft, as you can see, but I did use the romanticists of the collection and I mixed it with abstract paints and touches of orange. I love everything in this collection!"
Hailee Steinfeld and Sanya Richards Ross
The young star was excited to be holding one of track and field star Sanya Richards Ross's Olympic gold medals backstage at Tommy Hilfiger's runway show.
Lourdes Leon and Kelly Osbourne
Kelly Osbourne loves Zac Posen's dresses because they fit women's bodies perfectly. "They pull you in in all the right places," she told InStyle.com. "He takes a lot of throwbacks to old Hollywood, but he modernizes them with his patterns and the way he cuts. Whenever you have a fat day, wear Zac Posen." The fashion commentator took a moment to pose with Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon in the front row.
Sarah Jessica Parker and Diane von Furstenberg
Sex and the City's Sarah Jessica Parker has long been a fan (and friend) of the ultimate female-power-designer Diane von Furstenberg. And SJP wasn't the only Carrie present! AnnaSophia Robb, the lead in the upcoming Carrie Diaries, also sat front row.
Christina Ricci and Brad Goreski
Brad Goreski and his client Christina Ricci took a moment to pose together at the Thakoon show at Lincoln Center on Sunday. Goreski has styled Ricci for a number of red carpets, including a very glamorous Jenny Packham dress for an event earlier this year. "I felt like Marilyn Monroe. It was very screen siren," Ricci told InStyle.com at Maiyet's launch party, held at Barneys New York in March.
Lauren Conrad and Shenae Grimes
Reality TV star-turned designer Lauren Conrad sat front row at Tracy Reese's show on Sunday afternoon. "I love her dresses," LC told us of Reese's designs. "I think she does a really nice silhouette, and I think she does a really nice job with prints and colors. I think that they're always very classy but they still feel really youthful." She was joined at the show by 90210 actress Shenae Grimes.
Ashley Greene and Holland Roland
Supernatural star alert! Twilight's Alice Cullen took a seat next to the Teen Wolf star in the front row at Donna Karan's DKNY show in Midtown Manhattan. "Donna's all about creating clothes that make a woman feel beautiful and comfortable, and it's very important to her that you that you find your own style within the clothes that she create," Greene, the latest face of the house, told us. "I love that."
Mandy Moore
The singer and actress chose a lemon Lela Rose dress to take in the designer's spring collection. "Lela's clothes are sophisticated and very feminine, and they show off that side of me," Moore shared.
David Beckham
Victoria Beckham's doting husband made sure he had a front row seat at her spring show, held at the New York Public Library on 5th Avenue.
Maria Sharapova
The tennis champ, spotted at the Victoria Beckham presentation after her U.S. Open run, picked strawberry trousers for her first Fashion Week outing this season.
