Rainbow Brights on the Red Carpet
Red
These ladies had us seeing red and loving it! From Taylor Swift's scorching number to Nicole Richie's draped Stella McCartney design, scarlet proved as versatile as it was bold. Doing Valentino proud were Rooney Mara and Michelle Williams who reminded us why red is the label's signature shade.
Orange
Hot, hot, hot! Jennifer Husdson worked the color of the year as did Gwyneth Paltrow in a slinky Lanvin number, Jennifer Lopez in 3.1 Phillip separates and Cameron Diaz in a curve-hugging Victoria Beckham gown. With so many ladies in the color, the real question is, who isn't wearing tangerine?
Yellow
Camilla Belle swept into the room like a ray of sunshine in Carolina Herrera's gown. Nikki Reed's take on the vibrant trend was short and sweet thanks to Jenni Kayne's billowy design. Of a more similar mind were Elizabeth Olsen and Charlize Theron whose contoured Pucci and Stella McCartney designs featured floral embroidery.
Green
Emma Stone's printed Jason Wu keyhole gown was worthy of envy, and Elie Saab practically owned the hue with Nina Dobrev, Zoe Saldana and Jessica Chastain's trifecta of vibrant emerald dresses.
Blue
Whether worn head-to-toe as Lea Michele did in Peter Som, or cutout and curvy like Jennifer Lawrence's Viktor & Rolf, cobalt shined bright this season. Demonstrating this color's range, Berenice Bejo sparkled in Elie Saab's pretty sequin number, while Victoria Beckham's take on her label's fitted sheath was a more militant approach.
