Here’s the secret to looking completely irresistible without feeling foolishly over-the- top: Pair touchable waves with softly smoky eyes, fresh skin, and barely-there lipcolor that won’t rub off on him. To create Kate’s loose, sultry waves, Fekkai hairstylist Adir Abergel went the old-school route: “I used hot rollers instead of an iron, for softer results,” he says.
