Celebrities whose hair and makeup age them beyond their years

Celebrities seem to have greater access to the fountain of youth than the rest of us. Between expensive procedures, wacky miracle creams and just plain good genes, stars always seem to look 10 years younger. But even the most put-together among them have off days. Here are 50 celebrities whose hair and makeup looks have aged them beyond their years.

Celebrities Whose Hair and Makeup Age Them Beyond Their Years Next Slide

We hate to sound like “Mean Girls,” but this actress could use a makeup tutorial. Her bronzer is the wrong shade for her fair skin, and it only serves to drag her face down. The partying probably doesn't help, either.

This actress looks years older than she actually is when wearing the dreaded mom 'do. But you gotta admit, the “Knocked Up” star is still a total knockout.

This stylish soccer mom is very fashion forward. But at the 2008 Met Gala, her look was a bit too forward, aging her by at least a few years. She's 38, and under normal makeup circumstances, the spicy fashionista could pass for 10 years younger.

Imma Be honest. The too-tight ponytail and heavy powder aren't doing much for this 37-year-old pop star. She might be 'The Dutchess," but her style choices are less than regal.

This actress grew up right before our eyes, and this hairdo helped speed up that process. Her Disney days might be "so yesterday," but there's no reason the young mom should look older than her age -- 25.

In 2008, this now-divorced celebrity mom rocked a short, sleek bob. But we all have bad hair days, and this high-maintenance 'do sometimes made the 33-year-old look dowdy.

Like her famous sibling, this 18-year-old model loves to pile on the makeup. With her famed last name, let's hope she doesn't follow too far in her sister's footsteps.

You can't deny her good looks, but this young model, who hails from reality TV royalty, appears much older than her 17 years. Like her famous sister, she tends to get carried away with the makeup brush.

At only 19, this bride-to-be is growing up pretty fast. And her ultra-coifed hairstyle isn't helping. The Disney star often looks too put-together for her own good, but she recently made headlines for lopping off her locks.

Her hair and makeup are usually impeccable, but a bad 2003 haircut didn't exactly highlight this actress's youthful good looks. Thankfully, the “Avengers” star is now back to her trademark va-va-voom style.

The only one who I can say...yeah, I agree, is Cameron Diaz. It's not, however, the cut, it's the color. The cut itself is supposed to be messy and fun, but add the over-bleached waves and the effect is frizzy and damaged. I think it either would have worked separately - the cut would be dazzling if her hair was darker, or the color would be fine  as long as the cut/style was sleek or at least a bit more polished.

and ffffrrrrrr - being into sports more than the average girl I have lots of male friends who treat me like one of the guys, so there's no filter around me. I think women would give up dating men altogether if they knew what you really say about us behind out backs. Those  "Men Tell Us What They Really Think" articles in Cosmo or Maxim don't beging to cover it.

yeah, they act and maybe sing, but these people make a living basically off of how they look.

so, that makes tasteful public critiques on thier personal style and fashion choices totally acceptable.

This horrible hair color isn't doing her any favors, either.  Why don't people face the fact, that only the fairest of the fair (And I mean skin tone) can look good in this shade.

Women 40 and over really need to evaluate their hair...that long down your back hair in your twenties doesn't look the same at 40! It screams "I'm trying my damndest to look young so I gotta keep my hair long", when in fact, it ages you. Cut it! A great cut and style will make you look years younger than just having plain, long hair....this advice comes from my hairdresser for over 20 years...and its the truth!!!
