OK, some are dumb, I don't understand why some of these are considered crazy. What's wrong with asking for games? It's something for the home that the couple would like to have. People are getting married later in life these days, and a lot of times they already own a lot of household stuff like towels and sheets that are traditionally on a registry. So they register for things that are more interesting and fun that they actually want. A few years ago a couple of my friends and I did buy an Xbox for a couple. They got a heck of a lot more use out of it than their china and crystal.

Nothing wrong with some of these simple things. Crystal and China is boring and collects dust on a shelf. This other stuff will actually get used. Just like Christmas. We don't need 6 pretty lotion/bath sets or another car wash kit. I need a #2 Craftsman Phillips screwdriver and she needs another OXO spatula to match our set. The other one melted in the dishwasher. Sounds dumb and simple but it's what we really need. We'd be happier!

I don't think that request was filled.
