After winning a contest, the couple tied the knot on the pool deck of downtown Miami’s JW Marriott Marquis. Put on by the Miami Children’s Initiative, the contest included a wedding, gown, cake and a free night at the Marriott. It also involved rappelling down 19 stories, along with several others, as part of the organization’s “Over the Edge” fundraiser.

“Calling them adventurous would be an understatement,” the bride's father told the Miami Herald. “Every time I see her, it’s like, ‘Where’s that bruise from?’ And it’s, ‘Oh, that’s from mountain biking’ or ‘That’s from street surfing.’"
Congrats to the adventurous couple on tying the knot and surviving their wedding.
