Ok, more proof that they came up with a story and then just walked around the office and asked a few random co-workers. All of these answers are either jokes (no, guys, we don't discuss your body parts) or they're only repeating what they think women want to hear (awww, he's jealous! How sweet.....). Unless you have children and you left him home alone with them,   most likely he's not even going to notice  that you haven't been around all evening.

I once dated a guy who went radio silent - without explanation.  I sent a few emails, left a voice message, nothing. Then  he calls out of the blue and asks what our plans are for the weekend - it had been over a month! He said he got busy and hadn't realized it had been so long. Well, it was long enough for me to lose interest, for sure.....

Another article written by women who never actually asked any real men what they think.

From a real guy, ladies, the only thing we're thinking when you go out with your friends: Whew! A few hours of peace and quiet in which to watch the game(s).
