This and any steamer product is a fool’s paradise to use on wood flooring. I spent 35 years in the flooring industry as a technical specialist. Oil soap is mixed with water and makes the floor & cabinets look great in the short term, but the Water damages wood, that’s a law of physics & it will not be repealed.. Over time the joy that oil soap gives, the water in it takes away & damages the wood, releases the finish & causes swelling.. Use it at your own peril. I have seen $30,000 worth of hardwood in a new home ruined in a year, by swelling cracking and the finish lifting off. That floor should have lasted a lifetime.

people with ruined floors always ask "Then why do they sell it for Hardwood floors" because they are selling their product, not warranting it's safety for that application..

I really hate to harsh your mellow but this & the Shark steam thing are dangers to your floors & should be avoided.

The Rev!

Murphy’s oil soap while looks nice if used on wood floors but it makes them impossible to refinish unless they are completely re-sanded and re-finished. Use Murphy’s on anything else except wood floors.

DO NOT use Murphy Oil Soap on hardwood floors. It ruins the finish and you will have to strip and refinish your floors - very expensive. It's great for other wood surfaces, but will cause you issues on your hardwood floor finish.

Why did the headline say these are newlywed products?  I'm single and I have almost all of these in my apartment. Plus I'm sure many families have these no matter what stage of life they are in.  This is a dumb way to get people to click on a feature that's just a bunch of paid ads.

I use white vinegar for cleaning so many things. Look it up online.  Great drain cleaner when used with baking soda and salt. Disinfects my husband's C-PAP machine.  It is VERY inexpensive. Vinegar and the King sized bed are only things listed that I'd recommend, though.
