Dog mistaken for lion sparks 911 calls

A 911 dispatcher in Norfolk, Va. received an unusual call Tuesday: “I’d like to report a lion sighting,” the caller said.

“Say that again?” asked the dispatcher.

“He has a thousand-and-200-some friends on Facebook,” said owner Chris Painter. We’re guessing that number will grow.
